The English version of the terms and conditions prevails over all others. In the event of a dispute, the English version will apply.

1. Our bonuses are “sticky” bonuses. The bonus is attached to the real balance. As long as the bonus is active, it is impossible to make a withdrawal. Moreover, once the bonus is active, it is not possible to cancel it, however, if it is somehow canceled, the bonus balance is forfeited. It's the customers' responsibility to pursue it. The wagering requirements must be reached as if the wagering requirements will not be reached the bonus expires after X days (depending on the bonus) after being credited.

7. Our casino bonuses are valid for 14 days after being credited (unless otherwise specified), after this period: the bets, bonus and associated winnings will be removed if the bonus has been activated and the wager has not been reached.

9. Players can only have one active bonus/Free spins/ Free bets at a time.

10. The client has the right to refuse accepting any bonuses from the casino.

11. 16. Freebet must be played in its entirety.

17. Each bonus/reward is wagered independently. It is not possible to wager 2 bonuses at the same time for example. It is first one and then the other, depending on the activation date.

18. Our bonuses and freespins are cancelled if:

Free spins: There is no automatic cancellation (except via the expiration date), if you want to cancel your freespins, contact the support.

Bonus: if your bonus balance is less than or equal to €0.09 and you have an active bonus then your bonus balance will be cancelled (Please note that a third-party exchange rate is applied to other currencies).

19. With the bonuses: money from the real balance is played first, then the money from the bonus balance is used. Bets and winning amounts are credited directly to the bonus balance.

20. If a casino bonus has been activated and if the wager is not reached within 14 days after the bonus has been credited: the entire bonus balance is removed. Please note that you have 24 hours to activate the bonus before it expires.

21. By activating a bonus via deposit, the real balance is attached to the bonus, until the bonus has been wagered or expired.

22. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics could have their bonuses deactivated immediately.

24. The products purchased in the shop are subject to our T&C. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from the bonus money and freespins purchased is 25 times of the bonus money or the freespin winnings.

25. It's forbidden to use a bonus with the sole purpose of creating a positive expected value on bonus return by using practices such as a Bonus hunt and collecting bonus games to play them at a specific time aimed at securing cash out of the said bonus. If this occurs, then Betium reserves the right to apply sanctions such as confiscation of winnings and removal of the bonus balance.

26. In case of a deposit bonus, please do not play your deposit until the bonus has been activated. Otherwise, Betium reserves the right to confiscate any winnings related to the activated bonus.

27. Only one bonus can be used at the same time, they cannot be cumulated.

28. For bonus money that can be bought in the shop, the maximum bet taken into account for the wager contribution is €15 for a bet played from real balance and €5 for a bet played from bonus balance (default bet limit with bonus money).

Please note that the winning amount obtained by playing with the real balance will be added to the real balance. The winning amount obtained with the bonus balance will be added to the bonus balance.

Bonus money expires 14 days after being credited. Please, activate the bonus within 24 hours; otherwise it will be cancelled.

This bonus money is subject to a wager (1x on bonus money).

29. We are not responsible for affiliate/partner sites promoting incorrect offers (e.g. bonus wagering not indicated). Therefore, if any information is missing from the partner site, we will not be held responsible in any way.

30. Promotions requiring a deposit cannot be accumulated on a single deposit. For example: one offer is 10 spins on aviator (minimum deposit 20 euros), another offer is 20 free spins on Book of Dead (minimum deposit 20 euros), it is forbidden to get 10 spins on aviator and 20 freespins on Book of Dead via one deposit of 20 euros.

No promotion requiring a deposit can be combined with any other promotion. (VIP promotion for example)

31. It is forbidden to bet with a freebet on a result opposite to a real money bet. Example: Bet on a team win in real money, and bet on a draw in a free bet. If this is done, both bets will be void. The free bet will also be cancelled definitely.

The player needs to contact 4 hours after the deposit. (by email or Live chat) Every Telegram offer is valid only once per player.
